Elementalz Brand LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
